The 2018 SKINPACT Award-winning project teams were presented with their Awards and 10,000 USD grants on Friday, March 1st 2019 at a ceremony in Washington DC as part of the annual AAD Congress.

After 43 high-caliber project submissions, 10 shortlisted projects and 1.270 votes, the 2018 North American SKINPACT Awards have been decided. Congratulations to the four Award winners!

Project Submissions*

Feb 16 to July 31, 2018

Dermatologist team leaders submit a project aimed at helping to improve skin health through educational efforts or via community based projects

*Projects are to be submitted in English for worldwide voting.

step 2

Expert Panel Review
and Pre-Selection

Sep 1 to Nov 1, 2018

A panel of experts (dermatologists) will review and score the submitted projects. The top 5 projects in each category will move on to worldwide voting

step 3

Worldwide Community

Nov 15, 2018 to Jan 15, 2019

The international dermatology community is invited to vote for their preferred project (one per category)

step 4

Winning Projects Awarded

Mar 1 to Mar 5, 2019

The 4 winning projects will receive their awards at the SKINPACT Awards Ceremony during a major congress in North America

Project Follow Up

There is a contractual regular follow-up over 5 years planned to create content and share best practices of the winning projects
