The Latin American dermatology community has indeed risen to the challenge of showing excellence in dermatology initiatives. The winning projects are testimonies to this world region’s pro-activity in helping improve skin health in communities.
The four winning projects were selected from over 60 applications across 9 countries in the two categories: “Community Leadership” and “Excellence in Education.”
Following a shortlist selected by the Latin American Expert Panel, the finalist projects were published for online voting by the worldwide dermatology community. The two projects that garnered the highest scores from the Expert Panel and the two that obtained the most number of votes from the worldwide community are this programme’s 4 SkinPact Award winning projects.
